Stop masquerading as NDC president, Kambwili told!

NDOLA High Court Judge Mary Mulanda has granted an ex-parte order of interim injunction stopping National Democratic Congress (NDC) party leader Chishimba Kambwili from masquerading as party president.

Judge Mulanda has ordered and directed Mr Kambwili to restrain himself from performing party functions until full determination of the court.

“You are hereby restrained from masquerading as the president of the NDC or purporting to transact any business of the party or purporting to make any decisions or take any steps until full determination of the matter or until further order of the Court,” judge Mulanda said.‌‌She has set April 9, 2021 as date for inter-parte hearing.

Yesterday, NDC secretary general Bridget Atanga dragged Mr Kambwili court demanding the court to issue an injunction restraining him from masquerading as president or purporting to transact business in the name of the party
