OPPOSITION National Democratic Congress (NDC) party leader Chishimba Kambwili has been granted K100,000 cash bail.

Lusaka principal resident magistrate David Simusamba ordered that Kambwili should provide two working sureties from reputable organisations who are also ordered to pay K100,000 each.
Kambwili was convicted and jailed to a year in prison on October 14, 2020 and has been incarcerated at Kamwala Remand Prison.
He was convicted for forgery and uttering a false document in relation to the registration of Mwamona Engineering and Technical Services at the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA).
