The Danger of unregulated Change.

The Danger of unregulated Change.

Every person desires change but not every desired change inspires the experience we want.

Change can either be good or harmful. Generally, the desire for change is in anticipation for a good experience. However a desire for change without a good analysis and planning does not go well.

There are people who thought if they changed a company to join another things would change for the better, instead it got worse. You thought marrying another wife or husband would improve your welfare it got terrible. Why, you only desired for change without preparing for it. And preparation is not a day's activity it requires ample time.

I was prompted to share these thoughts with you today because of an incident that happened on Youth Day.
A group of UPND cadres staged a protest chanting "we want change", as a presidential motorcade went past them.

Question, was that a usual political practice or a well thought call?
If a question was put to most of them asking why l wonder if their answers warrant a call for change. when you listen  to most cadres you realise that to them politics is just a game for temporal gain.

Don't cheat yourselves to think that if you changed government today your life will improve. Change that will improve your life starts with you. Acquire labour skills for the employment creation you call for. Learn some business skills for seed fund you want.

On the other hand change of government means a change of polices that will disrupt some processes in place for your good. Job creation is not magical it's a process guided by principles.

Therefore give it a good thought before you call for change.
