Patriots for Economic Progress (PEP) Leader Sean Tembo has pleaded not guilty to new charges of using lnsulting language against President Hakainde Hichilema.
Mr. Tembo is charged with two counts of using lnsulting language, contrary to Section 179 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
