Lungu drags govt back to court over his freedom of movement
FORMER president Edgar Lungu has petitioned the state in the Lusaka High Court seeking a declaration that government’s position that he has to seek permission from it before he can travel is illegal and not supported by the law.A few days ago, Lungu gave the state a two-day ultimatum to make amends for its refusal to allow him to travel to South Korea.
