THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has disclosed that it will today issue the tender for the printing and delivery of ballot papers, blind voter templates and announcement forms. And the Commission says it registered 3,038 voters in August. Addressing the media, Thursday, ECZ Acting Chief Electoral Officer Bob Musenga said the tender, which was on a three-year period, was open to all eligible bidders both local and international. He recalled that the commission canceled the earlier tender issued in May this year after noticing some material governance issues in the solicitation document.
