Elmer Daniels walked to freedom today after the Delaware Attorney General dismissed the 1980 indictment against him. He served 39 years in prison for a crime he did not commit. Elmer was 18 years old when he went in. Yesterday was his 57th birthday. Welcome home, Elmer!
